Before adding your site to our index, please read our guidelines.
These guidelines are neccessary to protect all members from unfair practice and to present a fair representation of popularity to our visitors.
-=Member Guidelines=-
1. NON COMMERCIAL NEW ZEALAND SITES: Only Non-Commercial New Zealand related sites will be approved for this list. Motels, hotels, online shops, basically anything commercial will not be accepted. This is an entertainment web site, and we only accept sites that have something interesting to offer to our visitors.
2. CHEATING: Cheating of any kind will not be tolerated. That is fraudulently generating votes. This includes but is not limited to java script alerts. Most forms of cheating are restricted by our double gateway page, however if you are logged cheating (you will be) or whilst attempting to cheat, you will be blacklisted from our sytem.
3. MISLEADING VISITORS: You may only link to the NZ Top 50 site with Graphics and Text links that make it clear to people where they will go when clicking on it. The following are examples of acceptable text links: "Visit the NZ TOP 50", "NZ TOP 50", "Click Here for the NZ TOP 50 Web Sites". In addition we do not allow misleading links to any other website.
4. TITLE & DESCRIPTION: The title that you enter when joining and that appears on the list must be the actual name of your site. For example putting "THE BEST SITE EVER" for the name of your site is not allowed. The description may only contain information that is relevant and true to your site.
5. SITE STANDARD: Your site must be of a reasonable standard. We deem the following to be of an unacceptable standard: Sites under construction, sites with little content, "get paid to" type sites, pornographic material etc.
